Standing Kettlebell Bicep Hammer Curl

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Keep your elbows close to your sides - hold the kettlebells with your wrists up.
Perform instructions
1) Keep your wrists up and slowly lift the weights towards your shoulders- pause at the top.
2) Now, slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
