Dumbbell Side Raise (Pulse)

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

2) Keep straight arms and lift the dumbbells away from your sides. The endpoint should be your arms vertical to the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift the dumbbells towards the ceiling (about a foot higher than the starting position).

2) Lower back to the starting position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
