Setup instructions

1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Sit on the floor between the arms with knees bent

2) Set the arm height around upper chest height.

3) Grab the handles with a neutral grip & hold at upper chest height

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core & push the weights up so they end up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)

2) Slowly lower to around chin height.

3) Repeat for required reps.
