Dumbbell Incline Overhead Tricep Extension

1) Set the bench/step to be in an incline position - lie on your side and plant your foot on the floor.
2) Grab the dumbbell and place it behind your head - keep the tricep vertical at all times.
1) Slowly extend your arm and push the dumbbell towards the ceiling.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the triceps. Now, gently lower back to the starting position.
