Step Ups High Plyo Box or Bench Heel Drive

Setup instructions

1) Set up a bench or plyo box in front of you

2) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

Perform instructions

1) Step up with your foot on the platform

2) Press into your heel and drive up. Bring your other foot onto the platform. You should be standing up fully on the platform.

3) Pause for a second at the top, fully standing and squeeze glutes

4) Lower the non working leg back to the floor slowly, follow this pattern on the same side and repeat.

5) Repeat on the other leg.
