Quantum Trainer Elevated Kneeling Close Neutral Grip Press Ups

Setup instructions
1) Place the Neutral Grip Handles (palms in) on the Quantum Trainer Arms.
Set the arms at aroumd knee height.
2) Place a mat between the arms for your knees if required.
3) Grab the handles in an neutral (palms in) grip and place them at the sides of the chest.
4) Place the knees on the floor, the further the knees are from the hands, the harder the push will be.
Perform instructions
1) Lower the chest slowly to just below hand level so you feel the stretch across the pectorals
2) Keeping the core tight and the back/neck straight, squeeze the chest to push back to a straight arm position
3) Repeat for required reps.
