Quantum Trainer Full Kneeling Pronated Grip Single Arm Shoulder Press

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Place a mat between the arms if required
3) Set the arm height around upper chest height when kneeling.
4) Kneel between the handles, grab one with a overhand grip & hold at upper chest height
5) Put the other arm out to the side hovering in mid air
Perform instructions
1) Push the weight up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)
2) Slowly lower to around chin height.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides..
