Quantum Trainer Double Arm Clean with Pronated Grip

Setup instructions

1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Set the arms around knee height and stand in front of them.

3) Grab the handles with an overhand grip & allow the hands to hang in front of the legs. Chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Push through your heels, shrug at the shoulders and quickly pull the weights to your chest

2) At this point flip the grip so the plams face up and the weights come to rest on the front of the shoulders with the elbows lifted.

3) Once you are fully standing and the weights have come to rest; reverse the move to the start position.

4) Keep the hands close to the body throughout the move.

5) Repeat for required reps.
