Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet much wider than shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.

Perform instructions

1) Shift your weight to your left leg, bending your left knee & raising the left heel

2) Lower your hips down into a deep squat on your left side, sitting into the back of the heel.
Your right leg should remain straight, your right toe can point up to ceiling to give a bigger stretch.

3) Your torso will naturally lean forward, but keep the back straight.

4) Hold for required time then repeat on the other side.
