Sit Up with Dumbbell Overhead Press

Setup instructions
1) Lie with your back on the floor.
2) Grab the dumbbell with both hands and hold it against the chest
Perform instructions
1) Tighten the core and curl your torso off the floor - use your abs to pull you up.
As you do this press the dumbbell towards the ceiling keeping a strong hold through the abdominals
Pause when you reach the top.
2) Now, slowly lower yourself back down to the floor to the start position
3) Repeat.
