Setup instructions

1) Place the Neutral grip handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms

2) Set the arms low and stand in front of it

3) Grab the handles with a hammer (palms in) grip & allow the arms to hang by your sides.

Perform instructions

1) Curl the arms up, pulling the thumbs towards the shoulders.

2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position

3) Repeat for required reps.
