Quantum Trainer Alternating Rear Lunges

Setup instructions
1) Add the Neutral Grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer
2) Stand between handles, holding them by your sides.
3) Stall Tall, keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
Perform instructions
1) Take a long step back with one leg.
The front knee shouldn’t track over the toe and the back knee should be hovering above the ground.
2) Press into your front heel on the step and drive back to the starting position.
3) Change legs then repeat for required reps on each side
