Setup instructions

1) Adjust the footplate and pads so that when you sit on the GHD, your hips are just off the edge of the seat pad.

2) Secure your feet under the footplate rollers, ensuring a snug fit to prevent slipping.

Perform instructions

1) Sit upright on the GHD with your legs extended and your back straight.
Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands lightly behind your head

2) Engage your core and slowly lean back.
Continue descending until your torso is parallel to the ground depending on your flexibility and strength.

3) Using your abdominal muscles curl your torso upward.
Keep your core engaged and avoid using momentum
