Setup instructions

1) Sit on the floor and extend the legs out in front. Chest up and core tight.

2) Keep the right arm in place and pull the band apart - wider than shoulder width.

Perform instructions

1) Lift the left arm over your head so the band ends up behind you.

2) Now, reverse the movement up and over your head to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
