Setup instructions

1) Sit on the Resistance Machine and adust the outer knee pads so they are as close together as possible

2) Select the appropriate weight

3) Sit with your back against the bench and hold the handles if available.

Perform instructions

1) Press the knees out against the pads.

2) Ensure you press as wide as you can and pause and squeeze before returning slowly back to the start position.

3) Repeat for the required reps.
