Setup instructions

1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Place a mat between the arms if required

3) Set the arm height around upper chest height when kneeling.

4) Kneel between the handles, grab with an neutral grip & hold at upper chest height

Perform instructions

1) Push the weights up so they end up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)

2) Slowly lower to around chin height.

3) Repeat for required reps.
