Quantum Trainer Pronated Grip Bicep Curl with Bar Attachment & Resistance Band

Setup instructions
1) Put bar attachment on the Quantum Trainer.
Attach a resistance bend between the arm and the base of the Quantum Trainer
2) Set the bar relatively low and stand in front of it
3) Grab the bar with a pronated overhand grip & allow the arms to hang by your sides
Perform instructions
1) Curl the arms up, pulling the knuckles towards the shoulders
2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps.
