Quantum Trainer Cross Body Clean & Press with Landmine

Setup instructions

1) Attach the Landmine Attachment to the Quantum Trainer Arm

2) Set the arm around knee height and stand in front of it in a split stance so the working side leg is forward.

3) Grab the landmine with an overhand grip & allow the hand to hang in front of the leg on the 'non working' side. Chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Bend your knees then push through your heels & pull the weight across the body to the working side.

2) At this point flip the grip so the palm faces in and the weight come to rest on the front of the shoulder.

3) At this point bend the knees so you power through the legs and press the weight above the head.

4) Once you are fully standing with the arm extended above the head, reverse the move to the start position.

5) Keep the hand close to the body throughout the clean phase.

6) Repeat for required reps on one side then change sides..
