Barbell Incline Close Grip Bench Press

Setup instructions
1) Set the bench in an incline position in front of the squat rack
2) Start by lying on your back and plant the feet firmly on the floor.
3) Grab the bar from the rack and place both hands shoulder width apart keeping the upper arms and elbows tight into the ribs
Perform instructions
1) Push the bar straight up above shoulders squeezing the triceps at the top of the range, do not allow elbows to flare out, keep them above shoulders
2) Slowly lower the bar to slightly below mid chest height again keeping the elbows tight into the sides of the body
3) Repeat for required reps then re-rack the bar.
