Quantum Trainer Single Arm Pronated Grip Bicep Curl

Setup instructions
1) Place the pronated grip handle on the Quantum Trainer Arm
2) Set the arm low and stand in front of it
3) Grab the bar with a pronated overhand grip & allow the arm to hang by your side.
Perform instructions
1) Curl the arm up, pulling the knuckles towards the shoulder
2) Keep tension on the bicep then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
