Setup instructions
1) Start with the kettlebell on the floor.
2) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat and core tight. Hinge forward from the hips, bend the knees and grab the handle.
Perform instructions
1) Press into your heels and lift the kettlebell all the way up above your head - have a slight bend in your elbow.
2) Hold the weight until the end of the timer.
