Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with legs wider than shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees - point the feet out. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift your heels up - press into the middle of your feet.
2) Pause for a second at the top.
3) Lower into the starting position.
4) Repeat.
