Forward Step Over with Dumbbells

Setup instructions
1) Place the bench/step width-wise on the floor in front of you.
2) Hold the weights by your side.
3) Stand tall keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
Perform instructions
1) Shift the weight to your right foot and step your left foot onto the step.
2) Press into your left heel, drive up and over the step with your right foot keeping the left foot in place on the step. The right foot should land lightly on the floor at the front of the box.
3) Pause then drive through the left foot again taking the right foot back over to the start position.
4) Repeat for required reps then repeat the above on the other side.
