Quantum Trainer Single Arm Clean with Pronated Grip

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Set the arms around knee height and stand in front of them.
3) Grab the handle with an overhand grip & allow the hand to hang in front of the legs. Chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight.
Perform instructions
1) Push through your heels, shrug at the shoulders and quickly pull the weight to your chest
2) At this point flip the grip so the palm faces up and the weight come to rest on the front of the shoulder with the elbow lifted.
3) Once you are fully standing and the weight has come to rest; reverse the move to the start position.
4) Keep the hands close to the body throughout the move.
5) Repeat for required reps on one side, then change sides.
