Quantum Trainer Single Arm Pronated Grip Incline Bench Chest Press

Setup instructions
1) Place the Pronated Grip Handles (palms forward) on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place an incline bench between the arms
2) Start by lying on your back on the bench and plant the feet on the floor.
3) Grab one handle and place it at the side of the chest palm facing forward.
4) Place the other arm to the side, hovering in mid air.
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet and push the weight up so it ends up in the middle above upper chest.
2) Slowly lower to the start position.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
