Quantum Trainer Single Arm Hammer Grip Bicep Curl

Setup instructions
1) Place the Neutral grip handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms
2) Set the arms low and stand in front of it
3) Grab a handle with a hammer (palm in) grip & allow the arm to hang by your side.
Perform instructions
1) Curl the arm up, pulling the thumb towards the shoulder.
2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
