Rear Flyes On Double Cable High to Low

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the same appropriate weight on either side.

2) Face the anchor and grab the handles with opposite hands (left hand grabs the right handle and the right hand grabs the left handle). Your arms should be crossing over each other.

Perform instructions

1) Pull and extend your arms outwards.

2) Pause at end of range and squeeze your shoulder blades together, back & down.
Now, return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
