Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight on either side.

2) Face the anchor and grab the handles with opposite hands (left hand grabs the right handle and the right hand grabs the left handle). Your arms should be crossing over each other.

Perform instructions

1) Pull and extend your arms outwards.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Now, return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
