Setup instructions

1) Set the bench/step to be in an incline position.

2) Sit upright on the bench and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. If you can adjust the bench seat, lift the back to be at a 90 degree angle. Sit with your back fully supported.

3) The dumbbells should be resting near your shoulders with elbows facing down and forward. Palms face behind.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly externally rotate your arms away from the body so palms are facing forward.

2) Next, extend your arms for a shoulder press.

3) Reverse the movement to the starting position.

4) Repeat.
