Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.

2) Keep your elbows tucked into your sides and grab the handle with an overhand grip.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the elbows in place as you lift the weight towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
