Ez Bar Bicep Curl (Bent Over)

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.

2) Hinge forward slightly from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.

3) Grab the bar with hands shoulder width apart. Face the palms up (underhand grip).

Perform instructions

1) Bend your elbows and slowly lift the weight towards your shoulders.

2) Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.

3) Pause for a second and lower the weight back to the starting position.

4) Repeat.
