Lower Back Roll Stretch with Feet Raised

Setup instructions

1) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards.

2) Lift your legs up (so they're vertical) and bend your knees so the back of the calves are parallel to the floor (the knees should be bent at right angles).

3) Spread your arms out on the floor to give you a stable base.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lower your legs to one side - the trunk has to rotate to perform the movement.

2) Pause for a second and return to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.

Note: Once the knees are near the floor, you can slide them towards your arms to emphasise the stretch.
