Quantum Trainer Standing Elevated Calf Raise

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Handles to the arms of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arms are set low enough to allow full range
2) Place a step box under the handles & stand on it.
Hold the handles with a neutral grip hanging by your sides.
Perform instructions
1) Drop your heels off the back of the step box so the balls of the feet are still engaged.
2) Contract the calves and raise up as high as you can onto the balls of the feet
3) Squeeze and pause at the top, then lower the heels towards the floor as low as you can.
It;s important to get as MUCH range as possible
4) Repeat for required reps.
