Mini Band Truck Driver
- Mini Resistance Band
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Place your arms inside the mini band loop and rest it on your wrists.
3) Pull the band apart slightly to keep in in place. Extend your arms out directly in front of your chest.
1) Slowly pull apart your arms and bring them back.
2) Now, keeping the tension, rotate both arms so they're on a diagonal. The right arm on top and the left at the bottom. Pull your arms apart and bring them back.
3) Again, keeping the tension, rotate both arms in the opposite direction so they're on a diagonal on the other side. Pull your arms apart and bring them back.
