Mini Band Glute Bridge Hold (Around Hips)
- Mini Resistance Band
- Glutes · Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Pelvic Floor
1) Place the mini band around the hips.
2) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards.
3) Hold the band down in place.
1) Lift the hips up from the ground - drive from your hips.
2) Hold in place until the end of the time.
