Sit Up Bench Leg Raise

Setup instructions
1) Tilt the bench to an incline position - handles are raised at the top.
2) Lay on your back and grab the handles - the feet should be towards the ground and arms towards the top.
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the legs straight, raise them towards the sky.
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
