Decline Bench Leg Raises

Setup instructions
1) Tilt the bench to an incline position - handles are raised at the top.
2) Lay on your back and grab the handles - the feet should be towards the ground and arms towards the top.
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the legs straight, raise them vertically while consciously engaging the abs.
2) Pause then slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
