Cable Shoulder External Rotation
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a mid anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight.
2) Stand side on towards the anchor. Grab the handle with your outside arm. Keep your elbow tucked into your ribs and bend it so its at a 90 degree angle. You're aiming for the forearm and handle to all be aligned.
Note: you can place an item in between your arm and ribs. The idea is to try keep it in place as you rotate your arm outwards.
1) Keep the elbow in place and rotate your forearm outwards. Pull on the handle and pause at the endpoint.
2) Slowly rotate the forearm back to the starting position.
