Setup instructions

1) Start by lying on your back on a bench and plant the feet on the floor.

2) Grab the weights and place them at the sides of the chest palms facing in, elbows tight.

Perform instructions

1) Drive with the feet and push the weights up so they meet in the middle above mid chest.

2) Slowly lower to start position

3) Repeat for required reps.
