Seated Leg Raise

Setup instructions
1) Sit on a chair/bench/plyo box with your chest up and core tight.
Perform instructions
1) Lift a leg up and fully extend it - you should only have a slight bend in the knee.
2) Hold until the duration of the timer.
Note: For extra balance/core activation try not to use your arms for assistance.
