Setup instructions

1) Lie on your back and plant your feet on the floor - the knees should be pointing towards the ceiling.

2) Place your triceps flat on the ground.

Perform instructions

1) Press into your elbows and lift your torso off the floor.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Now, gently lower yourself back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
