Setup instructions

1) Find a wall and lean into it - your back and triceps should have full contact.

2) Start with the dumbbells by your sides. Face the palms up (underhand grip).

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
