Floor Seated Prowler Sled Pull with Rope

Setup instructions
1) Anchor the end of a rope to the sled - try wrapping it around and sandwiching it within plates.
2) Start with the sled on the other side of the track/room. Grab the end of the rope and start at the opposite end. Sit on your tailbone and dig your heels into the ground.

1) Pull the sled towards you.
