Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

2) Hold the handles and start with the bag on your left side. The face of the bag should be forward.

Perform instructions

1) Swing the bag up and over to your other side - this will cause a slight twist in your trunk. Your left arm should be leading at the endpoint.

2) Reverse the movement so you end up with your right arm leading.

3) Repeat.
