Side Lying Tricep Push Up

Setup instructions

1) Start by lying on your right side - place your right hand on your left shoulder. Now, put your left hand firmly on the floor - aim for the hand to be under your shoulder.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your left arm (think as if you're pushing the ground away) and lift your torso off the ground.

2) Pause for a second at the top and squeeze your triceps. Now, gently lower yourself back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
