Resistance Band Woodchop (Low to High)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with the chest up, core tight back flat and head neutral.
2) Step your left foot on the band and create an anchor point.
3) Grab the other side of the band with both hands and rotate your trunk to the left.
Perform instructions
1) Pull the band up and across your body - this will cause a rotation in your trunk.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the core. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
