Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Shift the weight to your right side and lift your left knee up towards the ceiling. Now, rotate your thigh outwards and return your foot back to the floor - this should create an arc-like motion.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
