Straight Leg Deadlift with Dumbbells

Setup instructions

1) Hold the dumbbells with an overhand grip and allow to hang touchingthe thighs with a medium stance.

2) Ensure the back and neck is straight and the core is tight.

Perform instructions

1) Keeping good posture, hinge forward from the hips, keeping the legs straight with only a very slight softness in the knee joint.

2) Hinge forward until you feel a strong stretch in the hamstrings, trying to keep good posture in the lumbar spine.

3) Once you reach 'end of range' use the glutes and hamstrings to come up to the start position.

4) Repeat for required Reps
