1) Lay your back on the foam roller so it's lengthwise - make sure the head, neck and spine are supported and plant your feet on the floor (your knees should be pointing up).
2) Externally rotate your arms outwards and bend your elbows - palms face towards the ceiling.
1) Keep your arms parallel to the floor and slide them past the crown of your head. Aim for your thumbs to be in line with the crown and elbows bent at the endpoint.
2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
