Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral. Clasp the hands behind your back.

Perform instructions

1) Gently pull your hands down towards the floor - you'll feel this in your arms and shoulders.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
