Overhead Squat with pole or light bar

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

2) Hold a very light bar or pole above the crown of your head - arms extended up with a very slight bend in the elbows.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly bend your legs and lower yourself into a squat position.
Keep the arms overhead if possible

2) Keep the chest up, core tight back flat and head neutral.

3) Lower into a squat to your maximum range of motion without lifting the heels

4) Press into the heels and drive back to the starting position.

5) Repeat for the required reps.
