Standing Single Leg Elevated Calf Raise

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees.
2) Place the ball of one foot on the step box with the heel off the back
The other leg can be suspended mid air or placed light on the toe if your balance is challenged.
3) Use a wall, pole of other upright support for balance but try not to cling on.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift your working heel up - press into the ball of your foot.
2) Squeeze calf at the top.
3) Lower slowly and ensure full calf stretch at the bottom. Range of motion is key here.
4) Repeat.
